45 Minute Halotherapy (Dry Salt Therapy) Session

Halotherapy helps with respiratory issues and skin conditions, enhances athletic performance, boosts the immune system and improves an overall sense of well-being!

Current Halotherapy Schedule:

  • Wednesday – Sessions run on the hour and begin at 10am with the last session beginning at 6pm
  • Thursday – Sessions run on the hour and begin at 10am with the last session beginning at 4pm
  • Friday – Sessions run on the hour and begin at 10am with the last session beginning at 2pm
  • Saturday – Sessions run on the hour and begin at 10am with the last session beginning at 2pm

Swedish Massage

Swedish Massage uses long, flowing strokes, kneading and friction on muscles. When used during a full body massage, it promotes relaxation, relieves muscle tension and improves circulation and range of motion.

Massage is a highly rewarding treatment that relieves pain and stress through body manipulation. Frequent massage treatments help balance the body and alleviate pain and common discomforts.

A balanced body is stronger against commons ailments and sickness. Massage treatments are also incredibly beneficial in tandem with those recovering from more serious conditions like cancer treatment or post-surgery therapy.

Shiatsu is a Japanese form of massage therapy based on the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine to bring balance in the body. The word Shiatsu comes from two Japanese words – “shi” (finger) and “atsu” (pressure).

In addition to the direct stimulation of pressure points along the energy pathways of your body, gentle stretching techniques are applied over a wider area of the body to integrate the pressure point work and encourage the flow of Qi (energy) throughout the body.

Shiatsu is a meditative healing art that honors the body, mind and spirit. All sessions are given with the client dressed in loose, comfortable clothing on a padded floor or a massage table when necessary.

Deep Tissue


Deep tissue therapy involves slow intensive strokes, deep pressure or friction to specific muscle groups and their surrounding tissues. This is mostly used to work out “knots” in the muscle Deep tissue massage aids in the restoration of range of motion and mobility to injured tissue. It also helps form healthy, pliable scar tissue.

Cupping therapy is an ancient form of alternative medicine in which a therapist puts special cups on your skin for a few minutes to create suction. People get it for many purposes, including to help with pain, inflammation, blood flow, relaxation and well-being, and as a type of deep-tissue massage. Cupping is a great add on to your massage session.

Lymphatic Drainage


Lymphatic Drainage massage increases lymphatic circulation and helps detoxify the body.
A specific light massage for inflammation that helps the immune system.
